How to Prepare?

Prep the Batter

Mix 1/2 packet of instant ragi dosa mix in a bowl with 1/2 cup yoghurt and 1/2 cup water. Ensure a smooth batter. Add water if the yoghurt is too sour. Let it stand for 5 minutes.

Cook the Dosa

  • Heat a flat non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Add a small amount of ghee or butter to the pan.
  • Pour the batter onto the heated pan in any shape you like. Due to the supergrains, it may take longer to cook than refined flour dosas.
  • Cook well on both sides until golden brown.

Serve with Delight

Place the ragi dosa on a plate and serve it while it’s piping hot, accompanied by your favourite chutney and sambhar.
